AMFI reports rise 6.5% decline in asset base for Jun 2019

Association of Mutual Fund in India (AMFI) reported data for Jun 2019 with the asset under management (AUM) of the mutual fund industry reduced 6.50% from Rs. 25.94 lakh crore in May 2019 to Rs. 24.25 lakh crore in Jun 2019. The industry registered net outflow of Rs. 1.60 lakh crore during the month, which was majorly due to debt-oriented schemes. Liquid funds accounted for outflows of Rs. 1.52 lakh crore under the category.
