SEBI asks fund houses to disclose compensation details of senior officials

Capital market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India has asked all mutual fund houses to share compensation details, including stock options, of senior officials for the past three years. The move comes amid concerns over high pay packages of managers running comparatively smaller funds. The capital market regulator is of the opinion that high salaries have increased cost of investment in mutual funds.
