According to AMFI, mutual funds continue to attract new investors, with the industry adding more than 10 lakh new investors in the last month. In Feb 2022, the total number of folios was 12.61 crore, up from 12.31 crore in Jan 2022, an increase of 30 lakh folios over the previous month. T-30 and B-30 sites contribute for 83% and 17% of total industry AUM, respectively.
