ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has announced merger of ICICI Prudential Value Fund - Series 19 into ICICI Prudential Value Discovery Fund. The merger will not result in the emergence of any new scheme as ICICI Prudential Value Fund - Series 19 will be merged in the surviving Scheme, i.e. ICICI Prudential Value Discovery Fund. The tenure of the merging scheme is 1262 days from allotment date. Post-merger, the investments under the Surviving Scheme will be in accordance with the investment objective and asset allocation of the Surviving Scheme. The merger of merging Scheme with surviving scheme shall be effected after the close of business hours on June 24, 2021.
