Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India’s circular on categorization and rationalization of mutual fund schemes, SBI Magnum InstaCash Fund, an open-ended liquid scheme would be categorized as ultra-short duration fund and would be renamed as SBI Ultra Short Duration Fund. Also, SBI Premier Liquid Fund would be renamed as SBI Liquid Fund. The changes have become effective from May 16.
