According to data from AMFI, the mutual fund industry AUM surpassed the Rs. 30 trillion-mark. The industry fund grew 6.30% MoM from Rs. 28.23 lakh crores to Rs. 30.01 lakh crores in Nov 2020. Over the year, the AUM size increased 10.95% from Rs. 27.05 lakh crores. The industry witnessed a net inflow of Rs. 27,194.15 crores during the month. Income/debt-oriented schemes saw a net inflow of Rs. 44,983.84 crores during the month. Within the income/debt-oriented scheme category, low duration funds witnessed a maximum inflow of Rs. 27,107.96 crores. Meanwhile, equity and equity-oriented schemes witnessed net outflow of Rs. 13,004 crores.
