According to media reports, NISM has suggested AMFI to give relaxation to mutual fund distributors to renew ARN. Accordingly, ARNs which are due for renewal or expiring between Mar 15 and Sep 29 continue to remain valid till Sept 30, 2020. AMFI is expected to make formal announcement to extend this facility to mutual fund distributors.
