SEBI directs MF houses to list schemes in the process of winding up on with stock exchange

According to media reports, SEBI has directed mutual fund houses to list units of schemes, which are in the process of winding up on recognised stock exchange platforms. This shall facilitate investors of such schemes with exit options. However, pursuant to listing, trading on stock exchange mechanism will not be mandatory for investors, rather, if they so desire, may avail an optional channel to exit provided to them.
