SEBI asks AMCs to Pay no Upfront Commission on SIPs Prior to Oct 22

According to media reports, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has stated that fund companies cannot pay upfront commission for Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs) registered prior to Oct 22, 2018. The regulator, however, has directed AMCs to pay distributors withheld commission within three months.
