SEBI asks investor to seek advice only from RIAs

According to media reports, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has cautioned investors to seek investment advise from SEBI-registered investment advisers. The list of such advisers and research analysts are available at the regulator’s website. In addition, SEBI has asked investors to pay advisory fees only through banks and maintain the payment receipt.
