The nomenclature of the benchmark indices of some of the funds of Principal Mutual Fund, namely Principal Emerging Bluechip Fund, Principal Index Fund – Midcap, Principal Smart Equity Fund, and Principal Balanced Fund, has been revised. The revised benchmark index of Principal Emerging Bluechip Fund and Principal Index Fund – Midcap is Nifty Free Float Mid Cap 100. The revised benchmark index of Principal Smart Equity Fund and Principal Balanced Fund is CRISIL Balanced Fund – Aggressive Index.
